It was very direct. We understand that a handgun was used in the attack and that the gunman was wearing dark clothes and was between 5″7′ and 5″10′ in height.”Local councillor Cormac Devlin condemned the shooting.“It’s absolutely shocking and disgraceful that a 77-year-old woman would be shot in her own home. I hope that anyone with information will come forward and the perpetrators are brought to justice.”Anyone with information is being urged to contact their local garda station or call the confidential line on 1800666111. 37 Comments Share100 Tweet Email Friday 7 Apr 2017, 3:04 PM Short URL Image: Garreth MacNamee/ Tweet thisShare on FacebookEmail this article 45,611 Views Apr 7th 2017, 3:04 PM last_img
